Estos recursos se desarrollaron a lo largo de un riguroso programa de seis meses de formaci\u00f3n y coaching para l\u00edderes dirigido por The Self-Investigation en 2024 con el apoyo de la class=\"translation-block\">Los y las profesionales de la verificaci\u00f3n de datos se enfrentan a desaf\u00edos espec\u00edficos relacionados con la salud mental, como plazos de entrega muy ajustados, acoso en l\u00ednea, trauma vicario e incesantes demandas laborales. Por esta raz\u00f3n, creemos que contar con las herramientas y estrategias adecuadas para que protejan su salud mental y apoyar mejor a los equipos es m\u00e1s importante que nunca.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Este <a href=\"https:\/\/newselfinvestigation.belenweb.com\/es\/fact-checkers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">programa<\/a> apoy\u00f3 a 14 organizaciones de chequeadores<\/strong> , con participantes que se dividieron en dos cohortes: una en ingl\u00e9s y otra en espa\u00f1ol. El objetivo de Emma Thomasson y Natalia Mart\u00edn Cantero, directoras de la formaci\u00f3n en ingl\u00e9s y en espa\u00f1ol, respectivamente, fue poner a disposici\u00f3n de esos l\u00edderes un conjunto de habilidades para poder cultivar una cultura duradera de concienciaci\u00f3n en torno a la salud mental en sus equipos. Los m\u00e1nager tambi\u00e9n recibieron sesiones de coaching individualizadas como apoyo para cimentar el cambio en sus redacciones.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A lo largo del programa, <strong>aprendimos que las personas que lideran organizaciones de verificaci\u00f3n de datos de todo el mundo a menudo se sienten solas ante los problemas que encuentran al dirigirlas<\/strong>. Sin embargo, independientemente del pa\u00eds o del tama\u00f1o de la organizaci\u00f3n (desde India a Brasil, Nigeria o Hungr\u00eda) <strong>en realidad se enfrentan a desaf\u00edos muy similares a
