Desde entonces, a menudo escuchamos frases como estas: <strong>\u201cQuiero llevar todo esto que estoy aprendiendo a mi redacci\u00f3n porque all\u00ed las cosas est\u00e1n muy mal, \u00bfc\u00f3mo lo puedo hacer? \u00bfc\u00f3mo puedo ayudar a mis colegas a tener una relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable con su trabajo?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>De esas preguntas surgi\u00f3 la idea de crear una comunidad de periodistas comprometidos con el cambio y dispuestos a romper las inercias y din\u00e1micas t\u00f3xicas que hacen de nuestra profesi\u00f3n una de las m\u00e1s vulnerables. En nuestros sue\u00f1os, esa comunidad estar\u00eda formada por periodistas provistos de los recursos necesarios para ser agentes de bienestar, apoyo y transformaci\u00f3n en sus redacciones; periodistas que, adem\u00e1s, formar\u00edan una red de soporte entre ellos para aprender unos de otros, para compartir sus experiencias, sus logros, sus dificultades\u2026<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Detectada la necesidad, el siguiente paso fue preguntar a periodistas y l\u00edderes de medios de comunicaci\u00f3n de todo el mundo: \u00bfY si en tu redacci\u00f3n hubiera un compa\u00f1ero o compa\u00f1era con habilidad para identificar posibles casos de desgaste, <em>burnout<\/em> o malestar emocional? \u00bfy si en tu redacci\u00f3n hubiera un compa\u00f1ero o compa\u00f1era confiable, emp\u00e1tico y con el coraje necesario para poner sobre la mesa la necesidad de cuidarnos para hacer buen periodismo y facilitar la tan temida conversaci\u00f3n sobre la salud mental de los periodistas?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ante la fuga de talentos que venimos experimentado en las redacciones desde hace varios a\u00f1os; ante el chorreo de bajas laborales por depresi\u00f3n y ansiedad en los medios, la respuesta de periodistas y l\u00edderes de medios a los que consultamos era muy previsible: \u201cMaravilloso; deber\u00eda existir esta figura en todas las salas de redacci\u00f3n\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Hoy, queremos compartir con el mundo que ese sue\u00f1o \u2013 que no es el nuestro sino el de cientos de periodistas de todo el mundo \u2013 se ha hecho realidad. Desde hace unas semanas<strong> 60 periodistas de habla hispana de 20 pa\u00edses ya forman parte de la <a href=\"https:\/\/newselfinvestigation.belenweb.com\/es\/comunidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Comunidad de Agentes de Bienestar<\/a> de The Self-Investigation<\/strong>. En 2024, esperamos seguir ampliando el n\u00famero de miembros.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img class=\"wp-image-27750\" src=\"https:\/\/newselfinvestigation.belenweb.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Screenshot-2023-12-04-at-11.25.09-1024x459.png\" alt=\"Una de las sesiones en vivo de la Comunidad\"><\/figure>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un proyecto piloto, con el que queremos aprender y dar la oportunidad a los y las periodistas de co-construir ese espacio con sus experiencias e ideas. La comunidad es din\u00e1mica y la hacemos entre todos.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nuestro objetivo inicial es <b>equipar con herramientas y conocimientos <\/b>a periodistas que ya forman parte del grupo para que puedan liderar acciones y conversaciones sobre salud mental en sus respectivos entornos laborales. Para ello, este 2023 arrancamos con<strong> tres talleres virtuales <\/strong>en los que conversamos y aprendemos sobre <strong>por qu\u00e9 el periodismo es una profesi\u00f3n de riesgo, el estr\u00e9s y sus consecuencias y c\u00f3mo lidiar con la hiperconexi\u00f3n. <\/strong>Tambi\u00e9n proponemos ejercicios pr\u00e1cticos para que los futuros embajadores de bienestar empiecen a trasladar estos temas a sus colegas y as\u00ed crear un <b>efecto multiplicador<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Con la Comunidad de Agentes de Bienestar respondemos al SOS que retumba en muchas redacciones del planeta y creamos un lugar en el que sumamos fuerzas y nos formamos para empezar a despertar conciencias sobre la<b> importancia de cuidar a los periodistas.<\/b>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Muchas de nosotras iniciamos nuestro camino en el periodismo en nuestra juventud motivadas por la idea rom\u00e1ntica de cambiar el mundo.
