Por eso, creemos que contar con las herramientas y estrategias adecuadas para proteger la propia la salud mental y para poder apoyar a sus equipos es m\u00e1s importante que nunca.<\/p><p>Este programa <b>se ofrece de forma gratuita<\/b>, gracias a una generosa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.poynter.org\/ifcn\/2023\/international-fact-checking-network-awards-1-million-to-20-groups-to-expand-fact-checking-operations-google-youtube\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">subvenci\u00f3n<\/a> de la International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN), y tiene como objetivo formar a l\u00edderes de medios dedicados al fact-checking con habilidades para cultivar una cultura consciente y cuidadosa con el bienestar y la salud mental de sus equipos. Adem\u00e1s de la formaci\u00f3n, los y las l\u00edderes recibir\u00e1n coaching individualizado y acompa\u00f1amiento en la implementaci\u00f3n de cambios en sus organizaciones.<\/p><p>Hacia el final del programa, los y las participantes tambi\u00e9n recibir\u00e1n una serie de gu\u00edas con recomendaciones y mejores pr\u00e1cticas en ambos idiomas como un recurso continuo para su trabajo y que adem\u00e1s estar\u00e1 disponible para la comunidad global de chequeadores.<\/p><h4><b>Lo que aprender\u00e1n las personas participantes:<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A trav\u00e9s de cinco sesiones de formaci\u00f3n grupal y coaching individual, los y las participantes aprender\u00e1n habilidades clave en las siguientes \u00e1reas:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los fundamentos de la salud mental y prevenci\u00f3n del s\u00edndrome del trabajador quemado o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">burnout<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00f3mo abordar el trauma vicario y el acoso en l\u00ednea en la redacci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear una cultura de seguridad psicol\u00f3gica en el equipo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desarrollar l\u00edmites digitales en la cultura de la hiperconexi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Implementar un conjunto de herramientas y pr\u00e1cticas de salud mental en su organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>Al participar en el programa tambi\u00e9n pueden esperar:<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Habilidades pr\u00e1cticas y marcos de acci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ados para chequeadores.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formadores con experiencia trabajando en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conversaciones grupales para fomentar el aprendizaje y apoyo mutuo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un coach para tener apoyo individual durante todo el programa.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recursos escritos y gu\u00edas para implementar cambios.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las formaciones se llevar\u00e1n a cabo de forma virtual en sesiones de dos horas el 12 de marzo, 9 de abril, 11 de junio, 10 de septiembre y 8 de octubre. El compromiso de tiempo dedicado al programa por parte de los y las participantes es de 15 a 20 horas durante seis meses.<\/span><\/p><h4>C\u00f3mo aplicar<\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Las personas interesadas deben presentar su solicitud <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdmnCI3gMwQS7urLFkDobpOz3pGMFUhhnvj71PGw4oIjUk67Q\/viewform\">aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/strong>, completando un breve cuestionario. Los y las solicitantes no necesitan tener experiencia en salud mental. <strong>La selecci\u00f3n de las candidaturas se har\u00e1 seg\u00fan los siguientes criterios:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trabajar en una organizaci\u00f3n que sea parte de la red <a href=\"https:\/\/chequeado.com\/latamchequea\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LatamChequea<\/a> o que sea signataria verificada de la <a href=\"https:\/\/ifcncodeofprinciples.poynter.org\/signatories\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN)<\/a><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estar en un puesto de liderazgo, es decir, ser responsable de un equipo u organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mostrarse abierto o abierta para aprender y crecer en torno al tema de la salud mental.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacidad y compromiso para implementar medidas que fomenten la salud mental en el lugar de trabajo.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Extendemos la convocatoria de solicitudes en espa\u00f1ol hasta el 14 de febrero a las 23:59h PT<\/strong>.
