What the 2025 Mental Health in Journalism Summit Taught Us About the Future of Wellbeing in Media

At the Summit, more than 50 sessions and 170 speakers from around the world came together to explore an urgent question: what does it take to truly care for mental health in journalism today? Clear patterns emerged from these conversations: despite the energy, pilot projects and local initiatives, we still need stronger bridges to bring the knowledge together and build a shared foundation.
